At Mungfu, we take great care to ensure our products are fresh, safe, and high quality when they reach you. Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at eat@mungfu.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased Mungfu products through a third-party retailer or grocery store, please contact them directly for refund or exchange inquiries.
