It is made from 2 ingredients lentils and salt.

- 11Yes, we ship nationwide and charge a delivery fee on weight basis. Mungfu is shipped in insulated packing with ice packs and comes on a 2-day shipping. Munglette and Crunch will arrive through standard shipping.

- 13You can freeze Mungfu , however we don’t recommend it. Once Frozen, you may thaw in refrigerator for few hours before cooking. For the best taste and consistency, keep it refrigerated and enjoy it fresh within 3–5 days of opening.
- 14All Mungfu products are soy free, gluten free, dairy free and do not contain allergens. Our products are created in a facility that may process soy, nuts, gluten.
- 15For the best taste and texture, we don’t recommend eating Mungfu tofu raw. Cooking—whether pan-frying, baking, grilling, or simmering—brings out its flavor and makes it even more delicious.
- 16Munglette is a Plant-Based Omelette and Crepe Mix, Just add water and follow the recipe on the box to make high protein, high fiber delicious crepes and wraps in minutes.
- 17The recipe and instructions are simple and written in detail on Munglette's packing. For 2 Munglettes Take 4TBSP(40 g) of Munglette Crepe Mix Add 2/3rd Cup of Water, Whisk to make a quick batter Rest for 2-4 minutes Add oil on a hot non stick surface Spread batter thin and cook Munglette 2-3 minutes each side. Serve Warm! Add Veggies or Toppings of choice to make it delicious high protein, high fiber wraps.
