Recipe:
🌱Scramble Mungfu into bite size pieces
🌱Sauté in avocado oil until Mungfu is slightly golden
For Sauce
🌱Add 2 Tbsp of Nutritional Yeast, 1 tsp of salt,
🌱1 tsp of black pepper, 1/4 tsp of turmeric,
🌶️1/2 tsp of red chili powder
🌱Add 2 tbsp of Tahini
🌱Mix with 1/2 cup of water or oat milk
✨Add Sauce to Mungfu and cook for additional 5 minutes until Mungfu is coated.
For Avocado Spread
🥑 Mash avocado
🌱Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil
Assemble on a toasted sourdough bread, garnish with microgreens and Enjoy!
